| Oh! I forgot to talk mention the "survey"! Most people I asked didn't even know what "fricassee" means! It is a dish made of meat cut into pieces,stewed in stock, and server in sauce. So it does make sense to serve penguins that way. They have tough meat, so you need to stew them to tenderize, then you need the sauce to cover up their bad taste. Good job to all who voted for that!!! ;) |
